Symptoms Of PMS

PMS or Premenstrual Syndrome is basically a condition that affects all women when it comes to their emotions, their behavioural changes or their physical health, essentially a few days prior to their periods.

The symptoms of PMS starts anywhere between five to eleven days before your periods are set to arrive and most of the time usually vanish when your periods begin.

The symptoms of PMS, in particular, are usually moderate and almost 80% of the women across the globe say that though they might be experiencing one or two symptoms during PMS, it does not necessarily hamper their daily activities.

However, there are a few women out there who suffer from some severe symptoms of PMS during this time.

The symptoms of PMS can include:

Abdominal pain

Stomach Bloating

Acne

Headaches

Constipation

Fatigue

Depression

Emotional ups and downs

Anxiety

Diarrhoea

Sore Breasts

Extra sensitivity to both light and sound

Food cravings, sweets in particular

Though these are normal symptoms, the moment these symptoms seem to be affecting your daily life in a negative way or hampering your routine in any way, then it is time for you to see a doctor.
